Land in the Greenbelt

We are particularly interested in helping landowners in the Greenbelt whose land borders on, or is close to, existing residential developments. Our team has the expertise to identify greenbelt sites that have the potential to gain planning permission and then take these sites through the complex, and sometimes difficult, planning process.

Within towns and cities, land that has the potential for development can be sold for a much higher value if planning permission is in place.
