Fees

One of the areas that prospective clients always ask us about is what fee they will have to pay. Our fees are based on a very simple fixed percentage of the final price. We operate differently than other property companies, and make the following three guarantees:

Guarantee No 1

Our fees are calculated as a percentage of the selling price of the site, which we agree with you at the start in a formal contract. By tying our fees directly to the sale price, you can be confident that we are working in your best interests to obtain the highest value possible.

Guarantee No 2

We will only charge a fee once we have sold your land. If we don't sell the land, we cover all the professional fees involved.

You will only be responsible for paying the planning application fee to the local authority.

Guarantee No 3

Our property professionals have the experience to negotiate the sale on your behalf and not let a developer purchase your land for less than the site is worth.
